I'm Catie, a North Alabama native. When I'm not passionately supporting families through the incredible journey of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, you'll find me enjoying life with my amazing husband and our three adorable dogs. We enjoy camping, hiking, gaming, and going to the movies. 

I've been captivated by the magic of birth since I was a young child. That fascination led me on an incredible journey to become a labor and postpartum doula. I'm all about supporting people through one of life's most incredible transitions.

In 2019, I earned my degree in child development, which deepened my understanding of the incredible journey infants and parents embark upon together. It, along with continuing my education and furthering my knowledge in the most up-to-date information regarding birth, has equipped me with a solid foundation to provide comprehensive support during the prenatal, labor, and postpartum periods.

My passion for empowering people and advocating for their choices is at the core of everything I do. I believe in creating a safe, nurturing space where you can feel supported, informed, and empowered as they welcome their new addition.
