As your postpartum doula, I'm here to guide and support you on your journey. Every family is unique, and I understand that everyone requires different types of assistance. Whether you need help with household tasks, emotional and mental support, or guidance to navigate helpful resources, I'm here to provide you with customized care.
How do I choose the right amount of support?
Every family needs a different amount of support. Some only need a visit or two, while others prefer weeks, or even months, of care and support. My postpartum services are typically purchased in 5 hour increments. The minimum amount of hours for a single day is 5 hours. My rates vary depending on location and I am willing to discuss various options with each family on a case by case basis.

In-Home Support
Bringing your little one home is a beautiful experience, but it can also be an emotional and challenging transition. That's where my in-home postpartum support comes in. My services include emotional and physical support for you and your family, as well as light house cleaning, attending appointments, and running errands so that you can focus on bonding with your baby.

Routine Creation
As a doula, I understand how overwhelming it can be to bring a newborn home. That's why I offer routine creation services to help families create a realistic routine that works for them and their little one. From feeding and sleeping to incorporating self-care and bonding time, I'll provide the guidance and support you need to transition smoothly into your new life as parents.
